3d Steering Wheel

Nice! I always loved the fact what GTA 3 had 3D steering wheels, but in GTA SA they removed it

This steering wheel is in the game files. I just adapted it to the models

@Paixetamoure It wouldnt fit the game's atmosphere though
plus if you downloaded a car mod etc. it should come with a preinstalled steering wheel already.
