Hey there, here's my last work.
I retextured The Big Spread Ranch Strip Club interior, located West of Las Venturas.

I recommend to use modloader to install the mod.
You can use it by dropping the folder TheBigSpreadRanchRetextured conatining the files in modloader, simple as that.

In bonus, i've made an animated sign for the Strip Club with Sexy Marie Rose Strip Dancer.

Marie Rose Art is from Tali Desade.

PS : you need Winrar or equivalent to unzip the .7z!
