Fixed Bsg Graphics Low PC

this is fixed version of gta sa bsg graphics for ultra low pc sorry for pervious one crash but i fixed it and if the mod still crashes just delete timecyc24.asi and timecyc24.dat located in mod data folder and im so sorry and in this mod added some features and improvments like bloom
