HD GUI For Widescreens v0.2

This mod improves vanilla interface textures, it replaces load screens, weapon icons, radio icons and more.
Modloader is recommended to be installed or you will have to replace gta3.img files manually or you can skip if you use any weapon mods since they use same files.
