Custom Death Messages

This ASI plugin replaces the standard "WASTED" death message with different other messages depending on the death type.

Currently the are unique messages for following death types:
• Fire
• Drown
• Fall damage
• Explosion
• Being rammed by a vehicle

In all other cases a regular death message is shown.
