I increased max number u can see In game script screenshot. Now game will show u Max Peds that game can handle. At load game roads fill in 1min. Or start new game u will see deferent instantly.
Unzip and put all dat files in
Android
/Data/rockstargames.gtasa/files/data folder

@CleytonGamer not my so I don't add this but I was found this from a Cleo skybox. But I was expecting deferent from this. Did u know any light timecyc not much darker..
