Why gta sa missing barriers ?

GTA SA has 20 railroad crossings in the state of San Andreas, 14 ones are with RR barriers, 6 ones are without barriers. Maybe developers didn't add barriers because they can stop player in story missions in Los Santos. Maybe it's another reason of missing railroad barriers. I don't know.

@SergeDV Thanks a lot for this fix . btw, if you are using a modloader, it is not necessary to copy the whole gta.dat file, just create a text document in the same folder and write the necessary line. In our case, the file will look like this IPL DATAMAPS raincross.IPL
