Edit gta3.img Use Alci IMG Editor and Import eastlstr_lae2.txd will be replaced.
OR Try ModLoader, Copy eastlstr_lae2.txd in ModLoader folder.

Backup Original:
Export eastlstr_lae2.txd in gta3.img, before Import eastlstr_lae2.txd via Alci IMG Editor.

Restore Original:
Import eastlstr_lae2.txd from original, replaced modder with original.
OR if your ModLoader, delete the file.

Import TXD from PC and Use TXD Tool for Android,
