Unknown Guy Myth Mod

Hi! Welcome back in my another mod!
Today, i have bringed you the "Unkown Guy Mod"! You may know him from many legends that he was a dealer in BETA version, but was changed to normal ped in final version. I decided to turn him even scarier and make a myth of it!
The mod contains a Installation Tutorial in README file and some important informations.
