I mistaken again then highly rated your mod. It doesn't work because you again forgot put in collision file LODAtower_00. It written in IDE and IPL files (ID_6014), but it is not in ATower.col. The game will be crash! Are you going to make a third version?

No you won't crash,thus it will still working. That Lodatower_00 Is unused because the interior is removed.So nothing to be afraid ofno crash except you messed with the file alot

the Avenger Tower not appear but It show me only the old building model xDD

@zacky7771 you followed all instructions carefully?
Also you must have the limiter.asi and you need to put the . Txt file in the modloader along with the model else the building won't be replaced
