Rise of Electro

What's in this mod?
I made electro fly and I made his powers more realistic, I removed some bugs from the previous versions (also removed two cops and map from the prev vers) + Round 2. This is not the final version, because I'm planning on making Electro Fly and use Powers using Scripts (literally) on the final version.

Note: I am the original creator of this Mod, story is written on Readme file
in this mod.
