1. Make BACKUP from (GTA FOLDER) Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\models (fonts.txd, fronten_pc.txd, hud.txt, fronten1.txd)

2. COPY from (PM95 - Graphics Mod) - fonts.txd, fronten_pc.txd, hud.txt, fronten1.txd

3. PASTE into (GTA FOLDER) and REPLACE Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\models (fonts.txd, fronten_pc.txd, hud.txt, fronten1.txd)

4. PROBLEMS? Go by instructions, step by step. Enjoy :)
