What are the txd tool configurations when importing the file to gta3.txt?

The weapons are dim,how can I fix it?

@-RLP- How about the texture rash,camnorm and reduce file size? Btw I love the jetpack's texture

Texture rash is for the aliases of texture that will read only the orignal texture and it doesn't need to turn it on because it does not have the same textures name.
also the Carmnrom, Automatically turn it off if 32bpp. That was just for opaque textures therefore choose to turn it off. and lastly reducing the size of it makes noise in textures so just turn it off. 32bpp will import it same as the size and the condition of texture.
