Go To Prison When Busted for Mobile

This mod will send CJ to prison when he is busted by the cops. He will be locked on the inside for 30 seconds and then will be returned to the nearest police station relevant to where he was busted. Credit for this mod goes to myself for the prison script, and to UNRATED69 for the prison map. Cleo must be installed for this mod to work.
