Grand Metropolis Flying Cars (Sonic Heroes)

By default this mod is for the PC version (because the textures are in a .txd) and it can be easily converted to the mobile version by unpacking the .txd because the .dff's are very low-poly.

That's why I provided instructions for the both PC and mobile version.
