fixes corrupted Maverick helicopter rotor blur.



put the maverick.txd into the modloader

• also make a new file for maverick.txd to modloader.

if didnt have "modloader"

[must have silentpatch, if the blades wont work, find the Config file of Silentpatch and find the "[RotorFixExceptions]" and remove the "487" and restart the game]
