loadscs9-14 is based on AB Wallpaper from Official Atomic Cartoons site from 2004.
Title Screen/loadscs1-8 in HD and loadscs9-14 (original 4:3) is scale to 16:9!

Installation This Mod:
Copy LOADSCS.txd your game's directory is GTA SA* and find the Modelstxd.
*note: Rockstar Games Folder OR Steamsteamappscommon in Program Files Folder.

Backup Original LOADSCS.txd:
Rename LOADSCS.txd to LOADSCS.txd.old before Copy the LOADSCS.txd (Mod).
