@fan script I can tell you a way to do it for PC. Just go to Category San Andreas in GTAinside.com and go to Tools category. Rummage through Tools category for TXD Workshop. Use TXD Workshop to import the files onto PC. That's how I import every mod either IMG or TXD or even DFF and PNG files to PC, even mobile mods.
