No Pedestrians Mod

This mod is supposed to disable pedestrians when you type in the word "EMPTY" in game. I will say not to steal this or something like that, but whenever anyone makes something someone else uploads it on another site or re-uploads it as your own, so I suppose I can't stop you anyway.
