InS v2 Timecyc (Low PC)

first .. sorry i did not reply to the message, i do not have an active account yet.
this(InS V2) is modified from the previous version.
New:
-Dark more(24h),
-New brightness of light(24h),
-Fix rainy countryside(sky color).
for those who have downloaded the previous version, just copied timecyc.dat file only.
i hope u like this version.
