HOW IT WORKS?
taking damages, fall from high, and breathe after diving (critical lung capacity) to see it's works,.
*for Overwatch/ Tracer fans :D

Heh, Heh, I also modded the male peds pain voices too. as Kazuya Mishima from Tekken. I did it once because I added him as Big Smoke for the mission End of the line.
instead of screaming around I gave them aggressive speech from his line in Street Fighter X Tekken, coughing as pain voice SF X T. but I lost the file.
