Replace all files in gta3.img using IMG Tool Editor or Alci IMG Editor. Or put it in Modloader.

Really awesome mod, really It's great good

Just one thing, there is a bit of a glitch when crouching with a pistol or smg, you just get the regular standing up animation if it was possible to fix that it would be awesome.
