Texture Center HD Cty 4k

Hello Brother your texture and building mods is so cool and fantastic.But I want Just to ask you what is the different between this mod and the mod that it have the same name but without 4k.forget about the quality I know that 4k is the better but is both of them have the same texture photos or no?? To avoid download both of mods, and thank's brother.
