That's really weird. Did you try to add more than those 2 tracks you said(dirt track csr classic garage)plus more any other 2 map mods?Because without Limit adjuster you can add 3 maps without crashing to desktop. After that, you tried 4, 5 you'll instantly get CTD.
Try this:
Unistall those 2 mods,get one of my maps (waluigi for ex) and use it without Limit adjuster. You should get it working. After that add any other map made by me ( you should get it working too). After that try to add those 2 tracks you got working before. You'll probably won't pass thorught the loading screen.

@diegoforfun and a weird thing is i have a crosstrack(dirt track) and works fine but it has another id and i tried the CSR Classic Garage and works fine too but your maps mods i don't know why (these maps mod the croostrack and CSR i used without the Limit ajuster)
