Grove Street TLOU Style Beta

This mod aims to make Grove Street look post apocalyptic similar to The Last of Us. Also adds a barrier near the bridge :P
This is more so a feeling out process for me as this is my first mod, so im just testing things out at the moment. i will expand on this in the future and hopefully cover all of SA.

To install just extract the modloader folder into your modloader.
