Description
This projects present an extension to Flint county ,in which i have Added a couple of Mansions , Villas to the Same coast that share the same sea with Santa Maria beach ,
in which all the Properties added benefits from the view of santa Maria Beach and Los santos in general ,the projet is located West to Los Santos,
This project contains 7 new properties.
The Properties added contains : One Savedisk , Couples of cars Spawned and a Jetmax .
All the textures added are taken from the games , noone of them were edits or made to Higher Resolutions , Basicly this mod fits with SA's old textures .
Waiting for your feedback and thanks for trying this mod , feel free to post your Favorite properties here and your suggestions :D .

*Update* :- New Small interior Will be added for the safehouse , from this interior u can see the Panoramique view of Santa Maria Beach which is fascinating .
- Reduced the Col files to only one files .
Update is waiting for admins Confirmations stay tuned .
Thanks for the support guys , I know this interior is a bit small and lowers the expectations but for the moments it's the right one (too lazy to make a big one as i didn't plan for the villa to have an interior from the beginning ) .

i will try to dig my mind for an idea for the madddogg mansion's exterior , while to fulfill your wishes .
About paypall sadly it's not supported in my country , so i can't do much about that , but there is others ways if you really want to (no one says no to money xD ), but i will keep doing this for free for the moment :D

@skann But don't make the Madd Dogg mansion's exterior unusable, since it's used on a couple of missions. Just make it a lil bigger and change the textures. Wish I could do something for you in return, like adding some cash to your paypal.

about the brightness in the night , as far as i have tested, it will be either dark at day and dark at night , or light at day and light at night, so either it will look bad at night or at day xD but i will see what i can do else to improve that .

I would just like to suggest the correction in the illumination of them. During the day and at night they remain too bright.
It could also suggest to make accessible the house of the CJ by placing a yellow arrow connecting it with an original game interior.
A modern and luxurious interior that would match this property would be the same interior used in the Prickle Pine Safehouse in Las Venturas.
It would also look perfect in the Beta Mulholland Safehouse style !!
Congratulations on the great work! Surely this mod deserves a lot of attention, because it will give more life to the game!

i will try to see, what i can do about that , probably if i will add an interior it will be an unique one as i want it to represent the house and it's style ,

Well i don't plan to touch the original Masterpiece , as it will either go good or really bad , but will see what i can do about that, no promises but u never know .Quote: vagos
