Skydive City. Located in the highest place above the sky Mount Chiliad. This is the point at which all planes and helicopters are already starting to pull down. You can get to this unusual place using the teleport on Grove Street, next to the Pawn Shop. Suitable for skydiving at the most extreme altitude.
