Replace copcarsf.dff and copcarsf.txd from folder "SKODAKS" in "Models" - "gta3.img" with any IMG editor.

Spawn police car and change color in white.

Before using the mode, make a copy of the original Rockstar mod. If an error occurs,
you can use the original mode from the Rockstar folder.
