2003 Rolls Royce Phantom

I'd like to give a big thanks to Ruslev for making the original model, and thanks to whoever originally converted this model to SA.

Modifications made: new handling, new license plate, new [smaller] size, new chrome on chrome parts, reflection on interior so it looks good.

hi.cann you make chrome on the rims and the front grill?it would looks some better than that.but it is now one of the best cars i have ever seen 9/10P
