Description
The Vespa 400 is a rear-engined microcar, produced by ACMA (Ateliers de construction de motocycles et d'automobiles) in Fourchambault, France, from 1957 to 1961 to the designs of the Italian Piaggio company.

@EnRo EnRo, you have to change the data lines, this is a Micro car, so the handlings and the vehicle.ide MUST be modified for the car to work ok, the wheels will never look good if you don't install the vehicles.ide data line, please take this in consideration before you upload another of my mods.
