why are the tracks not moving? and the missile cannot movable?

you just rename dumper.txd and dumper.dff into packer.txd and packer.dff and copy the cleo into your cleo directory now mlrs have moving tracks

hello, im not sure if i did something wrong but the wheels and tracks arent moving when i installed it. i used SAMI, then i tried reinstalling with imgtool 2.0 but still the same. any suggestions?
