nice idea mate. 499P Ferarri cant be made from scratch because not enough serouces to do it.
But iam going to upload a new hypercars today which havent appear in GTA SA for PC
Very rare cars in real life with only 3 exist worldwide
Could u guess its name? i would give u a hint. Its a Rolls Royce
