haha, I guess windows 7 is the best operating system in the current millennium

@TomGT234 LOL, also Windows 10 blocked me from accessing GTA SA with the 1.00 Hoodlum exe, I don't know why, maybe this is from the anti-piracy things that people talked about?

@TomGT234 yes, I do own a High End PC, but I own it since June 2015, before that I used low end laptop as for 2012 until early 2015. but my new PC is NOT used for modding stuff, I just use it for the Current Gen and Last Gen games, I rarely play 2000-2005 games on the High End PC.

@TomGT234 umm, I already test it before you replied, that question is very old, dude, anyways it gives some FPS drop in GMA 4500MHD Graphics Card but only when the card is overheating
