Arrowboard Trailer prop from GTA V

- Replace utiltr1 by default
- Custom Lod. Custom Collision. Handling and Vehicles data Strings
- IVF 2.0.2
- Vehfuncs:
*Arrow board with variable signs:
+ Right
+ Left
+ Double arrow
+ Caution bar
+ Corner caution
+ Double diamond
- SA-MP/MTA no testing

I have a lot ideas to develop, stay tuned!

Mandatory have installed:
- Modloader
- Improved Vehicle Feaures 2.0.2 (included on the download)

@Wei chun Hi, when you spawn this trailer, spawn with a different sign each time, with Z, C or X keys you can test them, but you need ImVehFt 2.0.2, because this version works with trailers IVF lights. If you have ImVehFt 2.1.1 the arrow signs doesn't work.
