Burrito GTA V - Adapted to GTA SA (Dev)

Notice: The fixes are incomplete, I will not continue this vehicle, but not to be work thrown out I'm publishing

What was done?

- Removed reflection from where it does not have
- altered and remapped chassis
- Swapped board for game standard
- Added standard reflex of the game
- Fixed some things (still need to fix a lot)

HOW TO INSTALL:
Just by DFF, TXD and TXT in modloader
