"During 2008 the FIB needed a fast car & also cheap costs,since
they didn't learned the lesson from the esperanto roadcruiser fiasco
so we grabed the normal presidente installed a "better" turbo engine,
some chinese off-brand police led lights & a even more cheaper badger
police radio & called it a day "
replaces fbiranch by default
