Difference of TC Version GTA Brazil 0.2.1018

- Fixed env values
- Adjusted shade
- Removed from where the game default is not having
- Added reflex
- Changed glass texture
- Remaopado texture of the front glass
- Configured exhaust with vehfuncs

Installation:
Just copy the folder to modloader (already includes the line below)
