Chong's Flying Carpet
Includes:
Moving carpet flaps for ailerons and elevators :D
Real carpet texture.
custom cols
extreme custom shadow
Simple install - just 2 files, no fiddly handling setup.
Replaces the Dodo, (found at most airports)
No handling or carcols or vehicles lines to change, just drop the dff and txd files into GTA3.img using Spark or ImgTool...
