@LiTy - Please, instal Vehicles Special Abilities Editor v1.1 for headlights working.
In VSAConfig.ini replace these lines:

UP/DOWN_LIGHTS=2

and

[UP/DOWN_LIGHTS] ; Cheetah, ZR 350
