also I did not start this here the evidence and if you want check my page and you will see that the mod of the manhunt skin was uploaded before the gta 3 coach and everything so that they also re-upload it without authorization I made an effort to adapt that to gta sa because the author of the cerberus leader is not Alkohexogen is peanut or cacahuete or me

It' not cacahuete's mod. It's TrushinVlad's mod. Just go to the original mod page: https://libertycity.ru/files/gta-san-andreas/117606-coach-iz-gta-3.html and compare the models. They are the same. Then look at mods' publication date. cacahuete just stole it.
Original mod looks badly because there was no enb used.
