Err, Automan, when you say "hard setting: just for pro pilot". Are you talking of the handling? I mean the car being so fast it's difficult to drive in traffic?
If not, please kindly explain the meaning so I understand.

my game keeps crashing

In CarSpawner.ini change:
EnableCarSpawnerKey = 51
with:
EnableCarSpawnerKey = 52
'51' is decimal "Virtual Key Codes" for '3' key, '52' for '4' key.

also i have a lot of mods installed like gtav hud, selling cars mod...

but carspawner doesint realy work...
the problom is its not reading carspawner.ini correctly...
what i mean is then i change:
[range_1]
start = 400
end = 611

to:
[range_1]
start = 612 (ID of a new car)
end = 612 (ID of a new car)

it still read:
[range_1]
start = 400
end = 611

same with changing key to open menu!
can you help me?

Maybe the file is read-only...
However you must follow the instructions.
The range must be modified as follows:
[range_1]
start = 400
end = 614 <- +2 other standard ID

[range_2]
start = 662
end = 663

[range_3]
start = 665
end = 668

(and other)
following the free ID of "Free IDs" trainer.

Some add-on mods and scripts (like ASI and CS Cleo files) cause this type of issues, in this case it is better to remove everything (included ASI loader, CLEO Library, and all of its plugins and scripts) and then reinstall them.

With no extra modification, try installing the car now and see if problem persists. If the problem still existed, then try installing the car in a clean game (the backup copy of the original unmodded game).

Generally, these problems caused by add-on mods and Cleo scripts, hope it helps!
