Download Alci [http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=17269]
Open Alci / File / Open , Gta3.img [Gta San Andreas Folder / Models / Gta3]
Actions / Import [remove if exists] And Open elegy.txd and elegy.dff from desktop
Now File / Save !
Join the game and .. HAVE FUN :D
