@Alhassan Ahmed yes and the size is 1024*1024 pixle i did what you told me and i change the file formate to PNG formate with paint as you told me and i replace it with the original by TXD work shop

@shitanus First install Txdworkshop here's the link
http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=8320

Open it and click open txd and go to gta sa/models/LOADUK.txd to change the loadscreen click export to export the wallpaper and put or download the wallpaper that you want from internet and open it with paint and click Resize and go to pixels and disable the Mantain aspect ratio and change the first one 1024 and second 1024 click ok and click save and exit and go to gta sa wallpaper and open it with paint and click paste and paste from and chose the wallpaper that you resize it save it and exit and open Txdworkshop and click import to import the wallpaper that you edit save it and for menu click open txd and go to gta sa/models/fronten2.txd and do the same thing that I told you from the beginning
