GTA not has designed the gastankdoor, often even the windshield wipers!
No, I do not put the dummy petrol_cap, because GTA does not use it.
Personally I am opposed to mod for gasoline, because it is a handycap for the player. And the gears manually...

that makes door sliding like in gta 5 moonbeam this would be awesome
