Just create 'name.fxt' file in your cleo file location.
And put like this:
# FXT
[DFF name] [changed name]
......

Example:
LANDSTAL rocoto
NEBULA tailgater

Why you don`t make Next Gen interiors on your models. Past Gen interior looks shitty

PS: Can you make this damage texture on your models, because damage mdoel looks not realistic without this texture.

Because they require much more time and many more polygons.
Apart from the time, if the models require a PC sufficient for GTA-V, then it makes no sense to convert GTA-V for SA. My main aim is to enjoy GTA-V on SA because the PC does not go beyond this.

I do not know if my Tool to add vehicles can be reported on the version SAmobile ...

Adder interior nextgen: 12,807
and the texture nextgen not are fine for 3D lowpoly.

Seriously @arthuros_mazonakis. I'll explain a very easy logical explanation.

3D is must be only 3D stuff

HD is HD stuff only.

You can't combine parts to high HD to low 3D world. That if the game can handle it.

In ZM2 Reflection has two parameters:
a) Specular, which is set to 60, the minimum.
Not recommend to remove it completely.
b) Environment, I did not put in the version SAmobile.
But in the version SAmobile there are the extras.
For Materials Editor in ZM2:
To delete Specular [d)]:
Remove the check.

Hey Auto, I have installed this car and replaced it with Blade (lowRiders Car) and it turns out, I can't tune this car in Loco Low co. Any chance to do that, so The Car is tunable in Loco Low? And If so, what should I do? Because I have installed many Cars that replaced LowRiders and they can't be tuned in Loco Low and I can't join the Unity Stations Low Rider meet.

It is not difficult.
In vehicles.ide we need to change the last parameter as:
-1 Not editable
0 Modified at Transfender <SL/SF/LV>
1 Modified at Wheel Arch Angels <San Fierro> (Street Racer)
2 Modified at Loco Low <Los Santos> (Low Rider)
For handling.cfg, however, it is more complex, because the parameter is one of the two binary strings, Handling Flags:
[v] Street Racer
[v] Low Rider
I use GTA:SA Editor Ultimate, but it has a bug: 'eat' data of its string vehicles.ide, when it save...
Then we must open the file vehicles.ide with NotePad, and after saving the handling.cfg with GTA:SA Ultimate Editor, save the file vehicles.ide.

Willard SA have 4 seating, but Willard V only 2.
However conversions are not designed to make the game...

Majestic is a good replace for the Willard faction
