Imponte Dukes Track-8 Texture Fix

It's not funny to have any of your car appearing with meshes in its body. Now Zen-Imogen's Imponte Dukes Track-8 car mod is one of the cars that had a mesh bug. This mod fixes the meshes by changing the silver_spec texture to pure white color.
