Pegassi Vacca V1.0 Fixed

Please remove the old version of this mod and redownload the file! The old version doesn't have the Distance Model (LOD Model).
Now, this mod still has these old features, but with minor changes like:
-Resized the license plates
-Distance Model (LOD Model)
