Dude when you download mod
install it with SAMI (San andreas mod installer) or like me GTA Parking V1.0
thats all.

I personally would stay away from SAMI, i used to use it untill it started corrupting and deleting my mods. I now use IMG too, probably the best img editor, just behing Spark...
