In the case of an overweight patient, bed loading can be facilitated by installing a winch inside the superstructure.

Autospeciala pentru transport personal si victime multiple (ATPVM) este destinata transportului a 9 salvatori la locul unui incident soldat cu mai multe victime si evacuării a maxim 4 pacienţi pe brancarde, lor adaugandu-li-se 2 pacienti a caror stare le permite sa fie transportati in pozitie sezanda. Multumita unui sistem inovativ de fixare in podea, autospeciala mai poate transporta, in locul celor 4 pacienti pe brancarde, fie 2 pacienti pe targi, fie 4 pacienti in fotolii rulante, fie 1 pacient in pat de spital. In cazul unui pacient supraponderal, incarcarea patului poate fi facilitata prin instalarea unui troliu in interiorul suprastructurii.
Din pacate in perioada aceasta o vedem tot mai des pe strazile din Romania din cauza raspandirii virusului SARS-cOV2, si personal, sper sa trecem cu bine peste acest impas si tot odata, cu cat mai putine victime.
