I don't think a mod can be judged by screenshots, however:
I do mod and screen always and in the same way, so I don't think it makes sense that most of these are featuring, and the last three are not...

Can you change the remap texture like Android version? (Depand on your cars name) Because i need the dff file with reflection (standart pc version) in my Android.
And because i don't won't the remap texture is conflict.

The .dff Standard is almost 5 MB, I don't have time to do it again...
And in any case it would be a personalization, not a variation for everyone; I don't have time for everything everyone wants to have!

No no, i mean, can you change "remap7.png" in standard txd like "thrax_remap.png" in Android version? (Depand on your cars mod name)

Nope, it's not enough to change the texture, it need to change the .dff, and host it.
As I said, I can't do this now, I don't have time.

Changing a texture name in a material or more wide track needs 2-5 mins

ZModeler for *.dff files, TXD Workshop or modern MagicTXD for *.txd files. MagicTXD can add mip-maps inside *.txd files.
I can't say about tutorials for ZModeler (I don't work with it), I can change the texture in *.dff model but I haven't Android GTA, I can't check it.
